Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


Exchanges

  • Want a different color or size?

  • Simply contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or debit/credit card) within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If we sent you the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping.
